Technology / API & CRM Integrations
Let your tools work together. Let your team move on.
Connect websites, customer records and operational tools with deliberate data mapping and visible failure handling. The goal is a useful handoff, not simply a successful API response.
A focused starting point.
API & CRM Integrations
Businesses that re-enter the same data in several tools or lose ownership when an enquiry moves between teams.
Where we can help
Work on the friction.
Not just the surface.
Businesses that re-enter the same data in several tools or lose ownership when an enquiry moves between teams.
Failed requests go unnoticed.
No one can tell which tool owns a field or status.
The work, made tangible.
A practical scope.
Clear deliverables.
The final scope is agreed around your goals, existing systems and priorities. These capabilities show what a focused engagement can include.
A system inventory and field-ownership map.
API and webhook implementation for the agreed providers.
Validation, duplicate-handling and retry rules.
Operational logging that avoids unnecessary sensitive data.
Testing and documentation for success and failure scenarios.
Find the handoff that is creating the work.
Integration begins with a specific operational question: what information should move, when should it move and who should act next? We map the source and destination, the required fields and the real owner of each record. That prevents a connector from copying data quickly but incorrectly. Discovery also identifies provider access, API limits, subscription requirements and any manual step that should remain under human control.
Agree on the source of truth.
When two systems can edit the same information, synchronization needs rules. We define identifiers, field mappings, allowed updates and conflict handling before building the connection. Lead stages, customer details and account ownership should not change unpredictably because two services disagree. Historical imports and live synchronization are treated as separate tasks where appropriate, with a way to validate a small sample before larger changes are authorized.
Design for retries, duplicates and missing information.
Real integrations encounter slow responses, duplicate events and incomplete records. We plan validation, idempotency where relevant, retries with boundaries and a visible exception route. Logs should help diagnose failures without exposing secrets or unnecessary personal information. Access is limited to the permissions needed, credentials remain server-side and external account changes require authorization. An integration is not finished simply because one successful request appears in a demonstration.
Test the business outcome, not only the API response.
Acceptance checks follow the record through the workflow: a submitted enquiry is saved, assigned and available to the right person; an update reaches the intended system; a failure is visible and recoverable. We document field ownership and the expected operational response when a provider is unavailable. Third-party account setup and production connectivity still require the owner's actual credentials and environment. The handoff explains what is connected and what remains deliberately manual.
From the first conversation to the next decision.
A considered process.
Nothing left unexplained.
Discover
Map the source, destination, permissions and expected outcomes.
Prioritize
Define payloads, identifiers and exception handling.
Deliver
Build and test in available non-production accounts.
Review
Deploy with monitoring and a clear operational owner.
A few useful answers
Before the
next step.
We agree responsibilities, account access and expectations before the work starts.
Can you connect any two tools?
What happens when an external service is unavailable?
Will the integration share every field?
Connect the next piece.
Better together.
Only where it helps.
