Technology / Landing Page Design
Give every campaign a clearer place to land.
When a campaign sends people to a page, the message should carry through. We plan and build focused landing pages around one offer, a relevant audience and a clear next step, with the form and handoff considered alongside the design.
A focused starting point.
Landing Page Design
Marketing teams and service businesses launching a campaign, testing an offer or improving a destination that asks visitors to do too many different things.
Where we can help
Work on the friction.
Not just the surface.
Marketing teams and service businesses launching a campaign, testing an offer or improving a destination that asks visitors to do too many different things.
Visitors cannot tell what to do next or what happens after they enquire.
Forms work visually, but the handoff and measurement are unclear.
The work, made tangible.
A practical scope.
Clear deliverables.
The final scope is agreed around your goals, existing systems and priorities. These capabilities show what a focused engagement can include.
A focused page brief covering the audience, offer, evidence and intended action.
A content hierarchy and original responsive layout for the agreed page.
Form, error, loading and confirmation states with an agreed destination for submissions.
A measurement specification separating page visits, CTA clicks and saved enquiries.
Mobile, keyboard and form-journey checks before the approved page goes live.
Editing instructions, account responsibilities and a clear handover.
One offer. One primary decision.
A useful campaign page does not need to repeat every service on your website. It needs to help a particular visitor evaluate a particular offer. We agree who the page is for, what they should understand and which action belongs next. The brief records traffic sources, the customer question, the promise the business can support and the information needed before a visitor can respond. A secondary route may be helpful for someone who is not ready, but it should not compete with the main purpose.
Carry the message from the campaign to the page.
The page headline, supporting copy and call to action should make sense after the advertisement or email that brought the visitor there. We review those materials together rather than treating the landing page as an isolated design task. Content can include a specific explanation of the offer, a useful illustration, approved proof, practical objections and what happens after the form. Without verified testimonials or results, we use honest explanations of the work instead of inventing proof. Paid campaign management is a separate scope unless it is explicitly included.
Design every important state, not only the first screen.
The layout needs to work on a small phone as well as a large monitor. We consider content order, readable type, touch controls and the information visible before a visitor starts a form. The form itself needs understandable labels, proportionate questions and accessible validation. A failed connection should not be mistaken for a successful enquiry, and a confirmation should describe what was actually completed. These states are reviewed with the page, rather than added after visual approval.
A form is only useful when the right team receives the enquiry.
Before connecting a CRM or inbox, we identify the destination, field requirements, access permissions and responsible person. The agreed scope can include integration testing and a way to check whether a submitted enquiry arrived. Email notifications and stored leads are different outcomes. A successful email-server handoff is not proof of inbox receipt, and an enquiry is not automatically a qualified opportunity. Existing account restrictions, provider fees and additional integration work are made explicit before implementation.
Make measurement part of the brief.
Agree what the team wants to learn before choosing event names or putting a dashboard on the page. A CTA click, a completed form and a saved enquiry need separate definitions. With authorized account access, the implementation can include event setup and a documented test. Consent choices, browser restrictions and missing CRM feedback can limit what a report contains. Ongoing experiments, advertising spend and analytics subscriptions are separate unless the written scope says otherwise. Response also depends on the offer, traffic and follow-up; design alone cannot guarantee more leads.
Illustrative deliverable: a page acceptance checklist.
For a hypothetical consultation campaign, acceptance might require the headline to match the offer, a mobile visitor to complete the form with a keyboard, an invalid email to receive a clear error and a valid submission to appear in the nominated inbox. The confirmation must not claim a meeting has been booked. The page owner receives editing guidance and a record of any external dependencies. This is an example of how to define completion, not a report of client results. Review general scope and cost factors on Working Together.
