Information you provide

Our enquiry form asks for your name, work email, service interest and message. Company and phone details are optional. Please do not send passwords, payment information or sensitive personal records through the form. We use the information to respond to your enquiry, discuss a potential project and maintain a record of the conversation.

Website operation and protection

The website uses necessary sessions for form security, administration and abuse prevention. Limited technical information is processed for security and troubleshooting. Enquiries are stored in a protected server-side database. Access is restricted to authorized administrators.

Scheduling and optional analytics

The Book a Demo page automatically loads the Calendly scheduling service. Opening that page connects your browser to Calendly, which may process connection and booking information under its own policies. Calendly's own cookie controls are not intentionally hidden. Availability, confirmation and cancellation are managed through the configured scheduling account. Optional website analytics remains off unless it is configured and you choose to allow it.

Cookies and choices

Use Cookie Preferences to change the optional analytics preference stored by this website. Necessary security functions cannot be disabled through that preference. Browser controls can also remove stored cookies and website data.

Retention, access and international processing

We keep enquiry information for the time needed to respond, manage the business relationship and meet applicable obligations. The applicable service settings and your request determine the specific handling.

Website typography

Public pages request the Manrope and DM Sans stylesheets from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google's font services to load these typefaces; system fonts are used if the service is unavailable. No font account or user profile is required. The website does not use these font requests as an analytics measurement.
