Before we get started.
Good questions.
Clear answers.
Practical answers about scope, pricing, ownership, timelines and working with Projectify Lab. Find the details you need before starting a conversation.
What does Projectify Lab specialize in?
Digital marketing is our first priority: SEO, paid advertising, content, social media, email and conversion-focused measurement. Website design, software, integrations, AI workflows, QA and maintenance support the wider customer experience. You can start with one service or a connected scope. Explore the services.
Can we start with one service instead of a full package?
Yes. A focused scope is often the right starting point. We discuss the problem, agree what the service includes and flag dependencies that could prevent it from working well. Additional services are proposed when the need justifies them, not as an automatic requirement.
How do you price a project?
Pricing follows the agreed scope: deliverables, complexity, existing systems, content needs, third-party dependencies and the amount of ongoing work. After reviewing the context, we provide a proposal rather than an arbitrary fee. See the engagement and pricing guide.
Are advertising spend and subscriptions included?
They are not assumed to be part of an agency fee. Your proposal should distinguish service fees from media spend, hosting, software subscriptions, licensed assets and other third-party costs. Confirm who pays each provider and who owns the account before approving the scope.
What happens during the 30-minute demo call?
We discuss the business goal, your current website or workflow, the issue you want to solve and the likely next step. It is a scoping conversation, not a promise that every answer or a completed audit will be delivered during the call. You can choose a time or send a written brief.
How quickly can the work start or be completed?
Start dates and delivery timing depend on the agreed scope, team availability, content readiness, account access and review turnaround. A proposal should identify milestones and dependencies. We discuss realistic timing after understanding the work rather than publishing a universal turnaround promise.
What should we prepare before starting?
Share the main goal, the target audience, links to the current website or product, known constraints, existing suppliers and who can approve decisions. Note any immovable business dates. You do not need a perfect specification. Never put passwords, customer records or sensitive data into an initial enquiry.
Can you work with our in-house team or existing agency?
Yes, where the responsibilities are clear. We can define a focused contribution and agree interfaces with your marketing, design, engineering or operations team. Decide who owns the brief, who approves changes, who implements them and how the completed work will be reviewed.
Will we own and control our accounts?
Account ownership, administrative access and handover responsibilities should be explicit in the proposal and agreement. We discuss keeping business accounts under the appropriate owner and using delegated access where available. Third-party licensing and any contracted intellectual-property terms remain subject to the relevant agreements.
Do you work with US and international businesses?
Yes. Projectify Lab is based in Pakistan and works remotely with US and international businesses. We agree useful meeting overlap, written updates and review windows around the people involved. Written decisions and clear review windows help the work move forward across time zones.
Can you update our existing website rather than rebuild it?
Often that is worth exploring first. We review the objective, platform constraints, maintainability and the specific problems. A targeted improvement may be appropriate; a rebuild may be justified where the existing system prevents the required change. The recommendation follows the assessment rather than assuming replacement is always better.
Do you guarantee search rankings, AI citations or lead numbers?
No. We can scope the work, reporting and review process, but commercial outcomes and third-party search appearances depend on factors outside one agency's control. We focus on clear execution, useful content, measurement and decisions supported by evidence rather than guarantees we cannot substantiate.
How are progress and results reported?
We agree the relevant measures and review rhythm for the engagement. Reports should distinguish completed work from observed outcomes and explain the source and limitations of the data. The exact format depends on whether the scope concerns campaigns, content, a website or a technical system. Read our delivery standards.
What happens after launch?
The proposal should identify handover, post-launch verification and any support or maintenance that is included. Further content, campaign activity or development can be scoped separately or through an ongoing arrangement. Do not assume that a launch fee includes indefinite updates or unrestricted support.
Can you share case studies or client references?
Ask during the scoping conversation and we will discuss what relevant material is available and authorized to share. The solution blueprints on this website are illustrative explanations of how services can fit together; they are not client results or endorsements. We can use that conversation to clarify the scope and evidence most relevant to your decision.
What should not be sent through the contact form?
Do not send passwords, payment-card details, medical records or sensitive customer information. An initial enquiry only needs enough business context to discuss the fit. Where an engagement requires confidential material, agree an appropriate sharing method and handling responsibilities first.
